NYBDC Client Hi-Lite Markings Celebrates 25th Anniversary

This past week, Hi-Lite Markings celebrated their 25th Anniversary and securement of $7.1 million in loans. The loans were provided through the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Rural Development Program with assistance from NYBDC, Jefferson County IDA and NBT Bank.

The program is aimed at supporting small businesses in rural areas with the intention of creating jobs and improving the local economy. Through the USDA Business and Industry (B&I) Loan Program, NYBDC was able to provide funding that allowed the company to refinance existing debt and purchase equipment. The celebration event took place at the Watertown International Airport on September 23, 2014.
