Hail and Farewell

n Richard Amsterdam - Rich recently joined NYBDC as an assistant vice president and works out of our Long Island office. Prior to joining NYBDC, he worked as a branch manager at M&T Bank. He has over eight years of experience in banking and finance. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University and his Master of Science degree in Banking, with honors distinction, from Mercy College.

n Shelley Smith - Shelley manages our new office in Liverpool. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Clarkson University. She comes to us with over 25 years of commercial lending, underwriting and special credit experience from HSBC Bank and KeyBank.





  n  Lisa Lundquest - Lisa recently joined NYBDC as an administrative
     assistant in our lending department. Prior to joining the company, she
     worked with Hudson River Bank and Trust Company.  She has considerable
     experience working with commercial loan officers which makes her
     contributions to NYBDC a natural fit.

n Allison Kowalski -  Allison recently joined NYBDC as an administrative assistant in our lending department. Prior to joining the company, she was a scheduler in the Albany County Airport Transportation Department.

n Irvin Nash and Audrey Tomlinson recently left NYBDC to pursue new challenges. Irvin joined Wachovia Bank and Audrey relocated to Florida with her family. We will miss them as they both played a key role in NYBDC’s success. We wish them well in their future endeavors.
