Jim
manages the Statewide Zone Capital Corporation Loan Fund
which provides loans to zone certified businesses located in
51 of New York’s participating Empire Zones.
Jim
also provides loans to the following counties:

Tompkins

Chemung

Cortland,
Schoharie,
Broome,
Tioga, and northern Delaware
Jim
earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Siena College. He
also has completed banking courses through the
National Association of Development Companies (NADCO) and
New York Bankers Association (NYBA). Additionally, he
completed the OMEGA Performance Corporation Commercial
Lending course. Prior to joining NYBDC, he was an economic
developer in Albany County responsible for business
retention. He is also a veteran of the United States Marine
Corps and Operation Desert Storm.
