Stanley Grochocki - Long Island Office

Stanley recently joined NYBDC as a Vice President and works out of the Long Island district office. Prior to joining the company, he served as Vice President and Senior Credit Officer for the Community Development Corporation of Long Island in Centereach, NY. He has over 30 years of broad-based experience working with institutions such as Washington Mutual Bank, Fleet Bank, Nassau Trust Company and European American Bank. Stan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Queens College.
 

Kevin O'Leary - New York City Office

Kevin recently joined NYBDC's New York City office as a Vice President. Prior to joining the company, he was a Small Business Relationship Manager and District Team Leader with HSBC Bank. He is an experienced banker with an extensive background in all facets of credit underwriting. Kevin obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Francis College.

 

Linda Zou - New York City Office

Linda also joined NYBDC's New York City office as a Vice President. She formerly worked as an Assistant Vice President and Underwriter for Valley National Bank in New York City. Linda has extensive banking experience working with Country Bank, The Bank of East Asia, Ltd., and Independence Community Bank. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Administration from Baruch College and has written and oral proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese and Fuzhou).
