We are very
pleased to announce that FY 2006, which we concluded on
September 30, 2006, was another record year for NYBDC with over
$100 million in loan closings. We continue to see terrific
demand and support across the state and thank you for your
support. As always we are anxious to receive your comments,

This month we have
taken on the elusive question of the costs that can be
included in the funding of an SBA 504 loan. How are project
costs defined? What soft costs can be included in addition to
project costs? Jim Goldrick takes on these issues in our
Lender’s Corner this month. Need advice on a particular
deal structure or the range of alternatives available…give us
a call.
