Employee Spotlight

Every month we will introduce a new employee and discuss the contributions they make to NYBDC and the communities in which they live. This month we are proud to introduce:
 

Tom Green, Network Admin. & Accounting

Tom is the "go-to guy" when employees are having difficulties with their computer.  Tom also has a number of accounting duties including ad hoc report preparation, ACH payment processing and journal entry preparation. 

Tom joined NYBDC in June of 1999.  Prior to joining NYBDC he worked in the Accounting department at Albank.  His accounting background includes experience in medical device manufacturing, food processing and agri-businesses.  Tom learned his computer skills throughout his career and through individual study.

When not working, Tom enjoys keeping in touch with his four grown children, Colleen, Gretchen, Jeannette and Christopher.  Tom recently joined with family members in celebrating his granddaughter Madeline’s second birthday.  Tom’s favorite leisure activities are woodworking, reading and photography.
